Yeah, I posted this on July 18th. That's the day the seed was officially planted.

Last time I saw St. Vincent, she opened for the Flaming Lips... I don't think she opens for anyone, anymore

Pace yourself.

Strange Mercy is still my favorite. But I keep going back and forth between the debut and the S/T for the number 2 spot. They're both so different and have so much to offer.

Sooooooo she is. She shouldn't be, though. St. Vincent is infinitely better than the Black Keys.

I don't get how they're doing an arena tour... Broken Bells do what they do, but BB are actually good at it!

NO

People keep telling me I should listen to that podcast. This will probably be the thing that gets me there.

To be fair, I kind of fell in love after her gig as well. Maybe she sprays pheromones or something.

She's been on Portlandia, but she talks about wanting to be on Louie. I liked it.

I had to stop listening. Work is getting too busy with walk up and I can't listen very well. Sucks. But I'll finish this later.

Also, they talk about Elvis Costello. Apparently Ms. Clark is a fan.

I listened to this back when it was new. I've pretty much stopped listening to nerdist entirely now though.
