He generaly shoots a lot and shoots a low percentage and turns the ball over during crunch time. Last year, in that tight first round match-up with Memphis, for example, he shot about 25% in crunch time and had several costly turnovers. He also went 1 for 7 and had a bad turnover in OT of Game 6 against the Spurs.4/5 wrote:I'm also selling your Westbrook is bad in crunch time statement.
He did, however, have a good series against the Clippers (particularity that rip of Paul and 3 clutch FTs in Game 5), which seemed to catch everyone's eye. But generally, he's a disaster.
First game of the season: Westbrook has 36 points through 3 quaters, then shoots 1 for 6 and plays horrific defense in the 4th as OKC gets outscored 31 to 12.

The comeback has been very much like Axl Rose.

Cavs by 35+ tonight? I'm thinking that building will be pretty loud.

That Nike commercial needed to end with Johnny Manziel looking up from a suddenly empty table as he finishes a line of blow and saying "Hey, where did everyone go?"

I meant more the time period in between performing, the waiting for the moon to be in the right house or something.verb_to_trust wrote:After one game where he played 20 min? Yeah, okay...Electromatic wrote:Malloy wrote:rose is a rose is a rose is a rose

Haha, I'm an idiot. It might take a couple of months for this team to figure it out, similar to the Heat in 2010/2011.Monkey_Driven wrote:Cavs by 35+ tonight? I'm thinking that building will be pretty loud.

Sucks when a sporting event becomes an event so big that real fans don't get to enjoy it in person. On a related note, I can now afford to go to Heat games again...besides the Cavs games, of course.Joesanity wrote:That's what happens when the suits show up so they can be seen.4/5 wrote:This crowd is so dead.

Bummer about Westbrook. Thunder may struggle to make the playoffs if him and Durant are out for awhile. The West is just a gauntlet.

I'm hoping last night was an aberration just because of it being the first game and all the TNT hype going on outside.4/5 wrote:Sucks when a sporting event becomes an event so big that real fans don't get to enjoy it in person. At least the current prices on the secondary market aren't too bad (except someone trying to sell Spurs tickets for $20K apiece).

As a Rockets fan I agree. I think H Town could be like 3rd in the East. They will be in the 6-8 region in the West. Hope I'm wrong and they are way better.Monkey_Driven wrote:Bummer about Westbrook.
