No doubt Given to Fly, Just Breathe, and (to a lesser extent) Do the Evolution are popular songs. But I can't honestly convince myself any of them are more popular than those ten.

The ten most popular Pearl Jam songs are probably Alive, Even Flow, Jeremy, Black, Yellow Ledbetter, Daughter, Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town, Corduroy, Betterman, and Last Kiss, no?

Mankind is a great song.
Other than a few choice tracks on ITW and Moonlander, I don't care for any of the side projects.
Almost every single thing the band did before PJ, from Bad Radio to Mother Love Bone, is uniformly awful.
Sad is a fine song, but it wouldn't be close to the best song on Binaural if it was included. The album doesn't suffer from it's absence.
Eddie is a great, albeit sloppy, guitarist. However, this is obscured because he has one of the shittier guitar tones I've ever heard.
Life Wasted and Comatose are great songs. WWS is one better chorus away from being a great song.

S/T, while far from top shelf, is infinitely better than Ten.
Ed's solo stuff is one big snoozefest.
Dissident is a great song (not sure if that's unpopular, but I recall that it's loathed by RM).
Yellow Ledbetter and pretty much everything they typically play in the second encore deserves to be buried forever.
While they're at it, the second encore should be buried forever.
Yield is their most overrated album after Ten.
Given to Fly and Do the Evolution aren't nearly as good as the band thinks they are.
Backspacer, as an overall concept, worked.
Future Days is the most amazing song of all time. I keed, I keed.

I can get behind this.
