perhaps he's letting RM simmer slowly at a low temperature that can only be achieved in his absence, and will return once this stew is again ready to be peppered with the exotic spices that were his posts

it'd work, you'd just have to save the bird drippings and make the au jus separately i guess.

Did some spare ribs in the crock pot. They turned out better than when I attempted the low and slow method on the grill.

hot italian sausages, sliced peppers, sliced onions, jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce. serve on buns with mozz or over pasta.
