I've been kind of curious for a while, but I found the first three seasons on DVD for $3 each, so I figured now was a good time to start.

Mike Tyson's new cartoon is better than it had any right to be.

New Girl season 3. This might be the funniest show on tv.

In his defence, I think LV by watching this is a lot more tooled up in understanding women and the weird and wacky ways they work for having watched that show.

Plus it is great tv and very funny and often touching.

Last night's New Girl off dvr. Jess aquires a large bag of meth just in time for Winston's home inspection before he graduates from the police academy. Silly, madcap farcical episode ensues. Pretty funny episode actually.

The Olive Kitteridge miniseries on HBO this week is pretty great. I liked it a lot.

Blacklist... anyone else?

Love James Spader, but this series is becoming too tedious.

I didn't make it 10 minutes into the pilot. I love James Spader but that was an appallingly poorly made show. I don't think I can do major network dramas.

Hannibal is a beautiful show but the pilot is kind of shitty.

Something odd happens halfway through season 1 of Hannibal, where a show that flirts with procedural prosaicness is suddenly pushed to a level of artistry exceeding most television, let alone major network television.

Oh god, are you saying I need to revisit it? Because the pilot was unwatchable shit.
