Truth. But I will say, and I'm not a title bitcher most of the time, that I actually don't really care for the title. Not that it has any bearing on how good or bad the movie is/will be.theplatypus wrote:We'd be snarking on that title whatever it was.
As a point of reference, I'm not at all bothered by the the title The Phantom Menace. And actually thought it was kinda cool when I first heard it.

I thought that too about 10 years ago. So I did. And it was painful. Way funnier than it should have been.Strat wrote:I think I'd like to rewatch Thundercats asap

Yeah, it's not a terrible title until you see the film.durdencommatyler wrote:I'm not at all bothered by the the title The Phantom Menace.

Which maybe means that this movie has more than a fighting chance. Maybe the actual movie will make this title better.

I did wonder at one point how people ten years from now who are just coming of age for Avengers-type spectacle will even know what order everything goes in.Sgt. Crackpot wrote:How are people going to know it's a sequel? It's a travesty!dimejinky99 wrote:Episode VII has been dropped from the title??

But then I just figured they probably won't watch them.
