Frank Smith actually didn't allow a home run in exactly 101 innings pitched as well. But pitching at Old Comiskey is about as different from pitching at Wrigley Field as you can get.

And just so everyone knows: A quality start is 6 or more innings with 3 or less runs. Whatif doesn't tell you if it's a QS or not but you can figure it out.

Because I like not having to enter stuff later on and figuring out the easiest ways to enter my stats into excel:

=IF(B29>5.8,IF(E29<4,1, 0),0)

Plug that into the QS column in the game sheets and it will automatically populate it for you.

I think the only other formula I use is total bases because I like not having to enter that one, too.

the only thing is you'll have to make sure it only applies to guys who start their games

that statement can apply a QS to a guy who came in in the 2nd inning and pitched til the 8th.
