Event Horizon. Haven't watched since I was young. The dialogue is pretty bad. Or maybe it's the acting. Very rigid. Looks and feels like an Alien movie.

I want to see it again. I remember going to the movies to see it.

Long time ago..1997? Yield wasnt even released and pearl jam fans were complaining about no code.

The acting gets better in spots, but this movie screams underdeveloped. It has ambition, but fails to match it, and the best parts of a potentially thrilling scifi adventure end up being the gorey visuals and schlocky action (which isn't even good, so..). The characters are severely under wrought. In the end, you feel cheated out of a good story, and you don't even care what happened to the the crew.

I like that as a memory tool. When was that? Hmm..well...What were Pearl Jam fans complaining about when I did that?

They're like your Constant on LOST. When Desmond comes unstuck in time, he needs to find Penny before he loses his center and his mind. If you ever come unstuck in time, you'll need to find a Pearl Jam fan and listen to them complain for a while to re-orient yourself and stay safe.

How to train your dragon 2 was even better.

Weird the way CGI in animated movies can look amazing at trying to look real but the same logic doesn't apply in live action films.

Monte Hellman's Iguana. What a harrowing and fascinating mindfuck. Gonna need some time to digest it all.
