So as a part of my eating better, I do allow myself one day a month for the things that I enjoy. And since the McRib isnt here in michigan, We just drove to Ohio for Chick-Fil-A and a McRib.

A regular chicken Sandwich and a mcrib. I also purchased an additional chicken sandwich for later

I used to crave McRibs. But then my friend told a story about going down a a girl, and he used the image of David Crosby eating a McRib as an analogy.
