Made the sausages last night and had them for lunch before work today. Great stuff, thanks Spoika.

i made the sausages too, but i didn't use spike's recipe

Ruddock, what are some things I can make on a sunday and then eat all week for lunch? Do you think that would require freezing portions or could I just refrigerate them?

I do this all the time, without freezing. I made soup yesterday, will munch on that all week for lunch. Any of the pork recipes in the crockpot last all week in the fridge.
