I fuckin' loved Enter the Void, and Irreversible was really good too. His next one, Love, sounds like it's going to be great.
Wild Bunch will be selling Love at Cannes, and they describe it as “a sexual melodrama about a boy and a girl and another girl," says co-chief Vincent Maraval. “It’s a love story, which celebrates sex in a joyous way. Gaspar feels that most films that touch on sex in traditional cinema are dark and dramatic, this will be really joyous. He says it’s a film that will give guys ‘a hard-on and make girls cry’.”

Alex, Do you ever worry that your words will hurt people?
i've intentionally calibrated my account so that no words that emanate from it could be thought to contain verity. it has taken years of subterfuge to achieve this. this effectively allows my words to exist in a void, unadorned by the shackles of context and intent. this is transcendence.
