Bought a Wii U on Craigslist yesterday. Did all the save transfers from my Wii last night. Hopefully looking for a Mario Kart Black Friday deal.

Target has a buy 2 get one 1 free on all video games right now. We're buying our kids a WII U for christmas, so we bought a couple games already.

I wish Smash Bros. was out so I could lump that in.

You know they are coming out with an adapter for the Wii U so you can play Smash Brothers with GameCube controllers, right?

I am well aware. Even though the Wii U Classic Controller will work just fine.

Yeah, and my stepson just said that the adapter will only work for Smash Bros., no other games. That seems kind of lame.

for sure, what do you like about that one?

The button location seems more natural and it has a matte surface not a slick one like the Nintendo brand. Feels better holding it for long periods of time.

I just ordered one for myself and since they're only 20 bucks on amazon if I go with the wii u for my nephews they'll each get one of these controllers as well.

I considered getting it for my PS3, but when I saw the first-person video, I decided not to pick it up until I have a PS4 (so 3 years from now or so?).
