That's really stupid.
Not if you think about it. A decade = ten years. our "A.D." years didn't begin at zero, they began at year one. therefore, ten years would have been years 1 - 10, so on and so forth...
Yup, just like we weren't ringing in a new millennium on new year's eve 1999.

We ring a new millennium every minute of our being Chud, some just choose to set arbitrary end points.

I use http://www.icheckmovies.com to keep track of what I've seen and favorited, and they use imdb. So I just went with that. If I took that one off, ten would be Memento or Dark Days or Shoot 'Em Up.

I mean, time for me, I can make it go slow or fast, however I please, and that's how I know it doesn't exist.

I'm not sure if LV is going to love or hate my 80s pick. One could say that about any movie, though. He's pretty unpredictable.

It's Fitzcarraldo. really nothing spectacular. sorry to let you down. not sure why i wrote about it like it was going to be some big controversial reveal. It's really a pretty straightforward pick.

I'm extremely confused by the fact that consider this to be Herzog's masterpiece. For me, its one of his worst. As far as "similar" movies, Aguirre seems superior.

Well that was really anticlimactic.

I like Fitzcarraldo. I don't love it, but I like it. Though I think the story behind making the movie is more interesting, so I prefer Burden of Dreams.
