A lot of the defensive rebounding issues have come from Jo being at the 4. But i think its too quick to judge if the pairing is going to work. They need more minutes together to figure it out. One could argue that Pau's impact on the offensive end is just as important. We'll see how things play out. Also, Jo has been battling knee issues, so some games he looks like his old self, and other nights he just doesn't have it. That plays into things as well.
It wouldn't be a bad idea to sit Jo or Pau once a week or so to give them some rest and keep them fresh. Knowing Thibs this will never happen.
Well, that has been happening. If they take themselves out of the lineup, they don't play. Thibs can't touch them. Now the question is, when will Jimmy learn?
He's playing for that fat payday!

Has Kobe ever complained about playing too many minutes?

im sure he may have privately but i dont recall him ever saying it publicly. he has been rather calm through all this, which is suprising

I mean this season sets up somewhat well for him from the perspective that he can take as many shots as he wants, get closer to the all time scoring title and won't get criticized for it since the team around him so bad. Obviously, he'd rather be competing for the West, but he has his rings, now he can get the records.

i will say this. i dont think the all time scoring is on his mind as much as playoffs are. i think i read or heard he has only missed the playoffs once. and even if they start playing on all cylinders i dont think they can make an impact in the west.

That team is a dumpster fire. I don't see them in the playoffs.

They are secretly tanking to keep their Top 5 protected pick.

That's why they had to take out Randle in game 1.

The Mavs are fucking scary this year, just like I thought they would be. I don't see how all the "experts" fell asleep on them.

The Spurs seem to be getting their shit together.
