May 16, 2015 is the 15 year anniversary of Binaural. If PJ does a short little Spring tour and there is a show this day why not.

if there is another rarities/b-sides compilation, I hope it features unreleased studio tracks that do not get re-recorded and subject to PJ's disney channel tween lip gloss post production process; and they should name it "Raw Dogs", and the album art can be a picture of Dave A. raw-dogging Ed at 4:46am one day prior to Ed's shame-based meltdown and two days prior to his act of termination

Listening to Moline boot- somebody fucks up the start of Mankind (I guess Stone probably), and Ed very clearly cuts it off and says "don't worry, we'll cut it". It wasn't some humorous comment, either, pretty sure he was actually saying it would be cut out of some future recording.lowlight79 wrote:I feel the same way. A few shows here and there. Ed's got a full album in the can from the out of the furnace sessions. Maybe they played both Yield and No code to include as a DVD release for a possible No code yield box set.
Which, of course, can only lead one to conclude that both the Moline No Code and the Milwaukee Yield runs will be included into a future No Code/Yield double box set release, with these live takes included as bonus discs.
Obviously.

If that's why they played the albums it'd be pretty lame. I'm pretty sure the last thing anyone wants from a No Code/Yield box set is a performance from 2014.

Yep. I'm not convinced this anything to do with a No Code/Yield boxset and, even if it does, that's a really dumb idea.cutuphalfdead wrote:If that's why they played the albums it'd be pretty lame. I'm pretty sure the last thing anyone wants from a No Code/Yield box set is a performance from 2014.

If they were going to do that there's no way they would have released these boots already.

Yep, they played no code and yield because it was a fun thing to do.

Time will tell. Although if they were to do it, it might be 2017 before they get around to it. Too much Black Friday merch to think about and offer up

Even if they did it right and brought Jack out for these, which they did not and never will, it would still be a very strange move. While the concept was cool for a show, it's not like these are epic performances. Off He Goes is so rushed it's comical.hlniv wrote:Listening to Moline boot- somebody fucks up the start of Mankind (I guess Stone probably), and Ed very clearly cuts it off and says "don't worry, we'll cut it". There's plenty of material to choose from from the original eras.
