What exactly is a lettuce wrap? Just like a regular wrap except you use lettuce instead of a tortilla?

the smiling elephant. my old apartment was within walking distance. one time i ate there and the developmentally disabled gardener hired by my rental agency sat on the patio to talk to me about how he didn't like the welcome mat of my apartment.

I have a great story about when I used to ride public transit in Colorado Springs and the developmentally disabled gentleman that used to sit next to me every day.

Not sure it is appropriate to share with Alex, though.

LV
for pure ease,
go to the supermarket and buy a bunch of red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlic and a good parmesan.
Then buy some chicken breasts, or some other meat you like..a different one for each day is good. If we're talking about ease, buy lots of pasta, rice and those those jars of sauces..
Chop all this stuff up(except the mushrooms and cheese) Get a big tupperware tub and put it all in there and stick it in the fridge.

You basically have the doings for italian or indian or thai or mexican, whatever, just buy different jars of sauces to suit.
You cant really go wrong with this.
Calibrate your enthusiasm
