Boba Fett is such a nonentity for me, although it is a cool costume. So I'm fine with a spinoff movie since they can basically make it about anything.

durdencommatyler wrote:It's so fucking terrible. Looking back, that actually may have killed all my love for Star Wars. I haven't had the desire to watch any of the films since seeing III in theaters. I was a Star Wars enthusiast basically until that movie. I saw I in theaters four times, even. Saw II three times. Saw III only once. And haven't watched or really cared about the franchise since.B wrote:"What happened to my wubby dubby Padme? I'm just saying it hit rock-bottom in III.
At least Episode I had Darth Maul and Jar-Jar. And the pod race. And "Duel of the Fates". And Liam Neeson. I like that movie.
"Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!"
So maybe I do't think the III is better than I & II... I uh... I have to rethink some things...
The whole prequels killed my love for it. But I have to say that once I saw the Falcon lifting up with the music in the teaser I remembered why I loved it.

The prequels changed nothing of my love for Star Wars. They dont even count as star wars. i can completely separate them.
Much like I can completely separate Lightning Bolt from the rest of the pearl jam.
Just kidding, I like Lightning bolt.

Re: Star Wars: Episode VII (2015)
I'm not mad at a Boba Fett centered movie. But I can't get up for it. The less I know about him, the better the character. I like keeping him shadowy and enigmatic. Tons more fun that way. He's gonna end up being like the smoke monster of the Star Wars universe, I'm afraid.

You've said a lot of things I agree with in this thread. This is another one.durdencommatyler wrote:I'm not mad at a Boba Fett centered movie. But I can't get up for it. The less I know about him, the better the character. I like keeping him shadowy and enigmatic. Tons more fun that way.

I just needed to revisit this. To hold it close for a moment longer. I'm not hopeful that I'll see another moment like this as long as RM lives.durdencommatyler wrote:McParadigm wrote:
