Well it'd only take you an hour to find track of them. They've only released one record since then. Apparently I've lost track of them as well, they apparently released an EP in '09 I don't remember reading about at all.

That's a pretty amazing album, just don't tell that to the hardcore fans.

It's really a pretty enjoyable record. There are noticeable lags though. Spitting Venom, however, may be their best song ever...it's really that good.

I like about every tune on there except the last 2. Love the guitar interplay between Brock and Johnny Marr on about every tune.

Spitting Venom, Parting of the Sensory, Little Motel are the big standouts for me, but I think about everything is solid.

I'm grinding through their albums pretty quickly, but so far, only Good News... doesn't click with me. it's too calculated. I prefer it when they are going off the rails.

Bump.

I'll say it again: the Ugly Casanova record is better than all of MM's except for Lonesome Crowded West.

That was enjoyable enough. I kept waiting for a coherent chorus that never really came though.

But Everywhere and His Nasty Palour Tricks is the best thing Brock has ever done!

I'm pretty pumped for this. Modest Mouse, for whatever reason, is always one of those bands that gets me excited for a new album, even though the last two haven't been my favorites by any stretch of the imagination.

I used to really like this band, but these days I find myself pretty much unable to listen to them. Whenever a song comes on during shuffle, I always skip it. I'm not sure what changed.

Their last album has its moments, though.
