The Woody Allen Thread
The wife and I watched Radio Days last night, neither of us had seen it before.
I got absurdly weepy and nostalgic for an era 50 years before I was born and she looked at me like I was nuts. She thought it was funny; I thought it was too but also very melancholic.
I thought we should have a Woody Allen thread, so here it is.

Annie Hall and Midnight in Paris are two of my favorite movies of all time. I could watch either of those any time, any day. Love 'em.

I've had that feeling, myself. I'm not sure what's taking me so long. But based on the little clips I've seen, I think it's right up my alley.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:it's one of my favorites easily and i think you'd really enjoy it as welldurdencommatyler wrote:Ain't seen it yet, boo.lennytheweedwhacker wrote:what did you think of the purple rose of cairo?durdencommatyler wrote:Annie Hall and Midnight in Paris are two of my favorite movies of all time. I have seen 31. I'd have to pick Broadway Danny Rose for my favorite deep-cuts Woody Allen film. And it would contend for the top spot overall, too.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Hannah and Her Sisters and Radio Days are two of my favorite movies ever ever ever in the world. Especially the former. If it was a competition, you would have won.LoathedVermin72 wrote:It's not a competition, Billy CorganThe Argonaut wrote:I have seen 31. Re: The Woody Allen Thread
How is the title of this thread not "What's your favorite Woody Allen movie"?
