Eye joke not funny.@SkitchP wrote:Bammer wrote:I am certainly not one to take everything on RM seriously...
But fuck you guys. The man was beloved and he died way too young from cancer.
I always loved Stu. RIP
shut up bammer.
No one was ripping stuart scott. Just expressing surprise at how beloved he was. He was a slightly hipper Steve Levy, who cancer speeched his way into being some sore of transcendent figure.
Michael Sam's speech the same night was much better IMO.
Grew up watching Stu Scott, loved the guy.

he may be annoying to you but as spike said he was very important to black people....had he not become sick and been able to keep a consistent presence on espn it's highly unlikely events like ferguson would occurredverb_to_trust wrote:Is it wrong to say he was part of what has made ESPN so annoying over the years? most people dislike stuart scott...it's not because his skin tone is black, but mostly because of the hip-hop persona he brought to espn as well as his cultural proclivities

I haven't really liked him that much for probably the last 5-10 years or so. But I loved him when I was a kid.

I hate these filthy neutrals. With enemies you know where they stand but with neutrals? Who knows. It sickens me.
