A whole baby octopus. A sushi joint I used to go to had a salad that featured a baby octopus that was about 2 inches long. Head, tentacles, everything. Not sure how it was prepared, but it actually tasted pretty good.

This is how I've had it. It's like a crunchy pasta. Crunch probably isn't the right word. There's some resistance and snap to it.
