Thanks for the heads up on that, Farmer.

I would have totally missed it. And that was amazing.

My pleasure.

I don't get FXX, so I'll have to wait until it pops up on the interwebs.

Well, I won't say anything then. But I really enjoyed it. I'll be excited to hear your thoughts.

All I know is that drinking is involved. And Wade Boggs.

Great episode!

highlights:

- Charlie continually thinking that Wade Boggs was dead
- Charlie digging in to an entire rotisserie chicken
- Charlie's drunk subtitles

Do new episodes of this not show up on Hulu?

Seriously, that was a strong episode. May go down as one of the best of the whole series. Certainly a top five from the last five years.

Frank, at the end, just destroyed me. Then into Charlie & Dee and subtitles was about the funniest thing I remember seeing on TV in a long, long time.

The Charlie subtitles at the end were awesome.

The more I think about it, that was maybe the best season opener. At least since Season 3.

Okay, that was a pretty good way to start the season. I feel like I should have been downing beer the whole episode too.
I don't think I could drink 107 of anything in a day.

You guys are right; I thought this episode was pretty good--a chuckle hear and there--but the subtitles on Charlie had us rolling. "I got all the numbers!"

That and when he hit the ball, the way he pointed out to the field afterwards was funny.

Also happy that Boggs showed up and that the cameo was so short; if it had been any longer, it coulda been corny.
