It's Ric Flair and, yes, he was the inspiration for Will Ferrell's Eastbound and Down character.

I still think getaway is one of the best openers on one of there albums. It such a great track

I would say the piano outro at the end. Always a song I think more of when it's on than when it isn't.
So basically, Johnson and May spent Trump's presidency fighting each other over how best to sell the NHS to Trump.

I actually like a lot of the music on this album. More interesting and different than what was on Backspacer or Avocado IMO. Just wasted opportunities though; the songs sound really uninspired as a whole, maybe coz they're so slick. But at the same time I'm thinking it's a step in a new direction. :|
