I've been grilling since 1999 and worked as a chef for 6 years cooking up to 30 racks of ribs a day, 6 briskets in a day 8 pork butts and so on... at this point BBQ doesn't excite me like it used to but I still enjoy spending a Sunday grilling out.
Anybody have any favorite products, recipes, sauces or even restaurants? Step into the shack, take in the smell, trade ideas, just don't touch my smoker!
