Haha. Huge win for the Bulls last night. The Warriors are going to be very tough to beat there in the playoffs.verb_to_trust wrote:

I love watching Adams play. He just pisses everyone off. Plus, he can grow an excellent mustachio.Rangi Guy wrote:http://www.stuff.co.nz/sport/basketball ... game-again

He does seem to piss a lot of people off. Love that when a player gets piss and throws a punch or elbow - he just keeps going like nothing really happenedMonkey_Driven wrote:I love watching Adams play. He just pisses everyone off. Also, no Lillard or Boogie Cousins in the West is a sham.

Both Duncan and Paul have been very good this year. Lillard will be the Kobe alternate. The West is just too good.verb_to_trust wrote:Also, no Lillard or Boogie Cousins in the West is a sham.

Cousins numbers obliterate Duncan's. Paul you can't really argue too much with but Dame is having a better season in my opinion.Monkey_Driven wrote:Both Duncan and Paul have been very good this year. Can't go by numbers alone. You have to remember who votes the reserves. You think Cousins' constant dirty looks and loafing endears him to the coaches? Duncan kept the Spurs afloat with Parker and Leonard missing so much time.verb_to_trust wrote:Cousins numbers obliterate Duncan's. I agree about Lillard. He's a favorite of mine.
The Bulls continue to confound. Beat the Warriors in GS but then drop one to the Lakers?

Re: NBA Thread
Even though this is easily Cousin's best defensive year (by a wide margin), his defense can still be pretty laughable. He often gets a case of the Carmelos. On the other hand, this is one of Duncan's best years on the defensive end. He has been flat-out dominant at times and has kept them in several games.
That being said, I'm not too much of a Spurs homer to not realize that Cousins absolutely manhandled Duncan in their latest match-up, although to be fair, Splitter was out and would have normally drawn that assignment.

It is getting painful watching Rose shoot 25-30% from the field while jacking up 20-30 shots every night.

I can't point to one thing he does efficiently anymore. Shoot free throws?

Hawks have the chance to go January-0 tonight. Immediately before the current streak they went 14-2. I thought they would be better this season but nobody saw this coming. I've been an Atlanta sports fan all my life so I expect the other shoe will drop but I'm enjoying the ride right now.
