I'm Open felt profound to me when I was a teenager, and now feels like something a teenager finds profound. Aye Davanita is a solid little number.

I remember that there was a lot of controversy around Aye Davanita last year. I don't think I voted for it then, but I have no trouble doing so now.

For the most part I agree with you. I can overlook lyrics in rock music, I often focus on vocal melody over lyrical content. But when you decide to speak the words instead of sing them, they better be fucking good, and not this trite bullshit.
