I honestly can't stand cricket but to openly state such a sentiment would mean certain ostracism in some circles.

I love my summer of cricket. The Big Bash was excellent again this year and I'm very much looking forward to the World Cup. But for a real cricketing good time it has to be 5 days of a test match - that's the way I like it.
