Had a Tank 7 Saison from Boulevards Smokestack series last night. Delicious Saison, possibly the best Ive tried. Dry, crisp, fruity and strong for the style at 8%. Wish I could get more from them in Ny. This one was mailed by a friend in GA.

You lucky dog. Pliney is at the top of everybodys list. That's how good that shit is.

I enjoy Hopslam more, but I know that's not normal.
Michigan has insulated you young man.
Spoiler: show
Although that's not necessarily a bad thing, considering the quality of breweries there.

A friend of mine is going to Louisiana today. The stores there have a much better selection than we have here in the 'Sip.

For yours truly he is picking up some of this:

A few of these:

And thanks to Doug and his freshly tapped Pliny:

I need to stop reading this thread during the day. It just makes me want to hit the bar.

I'll have my salvation in just a few more hours. A mid-week band aid so to say.

I've seen the Rampant IPA before but never tried it. I'll pick up a 6 pack next time I go shopping.

I'd have to find someone who doesn't know what they are doing on a grill. :D

You know, after almost 3 years of drinking lots of craft beers, mainly IPAs and Imperials I'm really starting to learn to appreciate the lighter flavors. Hefeweizens, cream ales, wheat beers and red ales have really been hitting the spot lately. The hangover isn't as heavy either.

I feel like Hop Wallop is underappreciated.

Want to try the rampant.

And on the other hand, I was pleasantly surprised by this Lagunitas Undercover Investigation Shut-Down. Not the best beer I've had, but pretty darn good.
