Ghost, easily. Breakerfall's not bad but it doesn't come together like it should. I feel like they executed this song idea much more successfully with GSMF.

Breakerfall is really good, but Ghost is better.

I adore Ghost. The chorus is superb.

I like "Ghost" a lot more, but "Breakerfall" is also a great song and I wouldn't be upset if it won.

I would enjoy Ghost a lot more without the backing vocals in the chorus. It's always kinda seemed like Cropduster's slightly crappier brother to me.

Ha, I've always considered "Cropduster" to be "Ghost"'s slightly crappier brother.tommymtcom wrote:I would enjoy Ghost a lot more without the backing vocals in the chorus. It's always kinda seemed like Cropduster's slightly crappier brother to me.

I think putting them right next to each other on the album was a mistake - they really blend together.LoathedVermin72 wrote:Ha, I've always considered "Cropduster" to be "Ghost"'s slightly crappier brother.tommymtcom wrote:I would enjoy Ghost a lot more without the backing vocals in the chorus. March Madness has me THIS close to actually giving Riot Act a spin, mostly because I can't even remember most of these now.

Except that Cropduster is better. Breakerfall is OK, easily their weakest album opener at that point.
Ghost is great.
Ghost is great.

Yeah, "Cropduster" is way superior. I like "Ghost" but it doesn't measure up to what is legitimately one of the band's most intriguing and dynamic compositions.durdencommatyler wrote:Except that Cropduster is better.
