Enjoying I was There Too thanks to Tommy's recommendation. Interesting, unique perspective on the moviemaking process.

If you are a rasslin fan Art of Wrestling by Colt Cabana, The Steve Austin Show and Talk is Jericho are fantastic.
I'm a massive Kevin Smith fan. I need to listen to his more. Love what I have heard.

Man, I would lose my fucking mind if he got Armond White on there. It would be like that part in Funny People when Seth Rogen talks about dudes touching dicks

I haven't listened to the James Bonding podcast, but I really can't imagine Gourley and Mira together. Does Mira ever even let Gourley get a word in? Gourley seems so sweet and soft-spoken, and Mira is such a loudmouth.tommymtcom wrote:Glad you enjoyed it, LV. Re: What podcasts are you listening to?
I only listened to a few episodes, but from what I remember there was plenty of Gourley. My favorite podcast with which Matt Gourley is involved is the Andy Daly Podcast Pilot Project. If you enjoy funny people doing stupid characters then that one is definitely worth checking out.LoathedVermin72 wrote:I haven't listened to the James Bonding podcast, but I really can't imagine Gourley and Mira together. Re: What podcasts are you listening to?
Have we talked about The Canon? I've listened to about half of the episodes, and for some reason I keep coming back even though some of the conversations are one-dimensional and tend to stray away from the films. Also shocked they haven't addressed the fact that they're "canon" is becoming as exclusive and monochromatic as just about every canon ever.

That interview is a joke. It went a long way toward making me think Adnan absolutely did not do it. Their other interview with the prosecutor was just as awful.WtOB? wrote:did you guys see the intercept interview with Jay? i'm pretty convinced adnan is guilty after reading it and re-listening to the podcast.

Re: What podcasts are you listening to?
I don't hide much from my wife, but one secret I've been keeping for months is that I listen to the Star Wars Minute podcast daily (that's the one where they go through each Star Wars movie one minute at a time per episode). I just know that she'd make fun of me incessantly if she knew I listened to that (even though she knows I'm a dork). Well, I've now started listening to The Adventure Zone, which is a podcast where three guys play Dungeons & Dragons with their dad...and that's it. That's the whole show. They're all very funny, and it's interesting to hear them craft tales and jump in and out of character--and I'm wicked into it, even though I've never played Dungeons & Dragons in my whole life (although I think I'd be into it). I'm pretty sure this would be grounds for divorce.

I've been listening to a lot of Never Not Funny (because I am seeing Jimmy Pardo live this weekend) and Hollywood Handbook lately. Both are great. Listen to them.

Re: What podcasts are you listening to?
Been getting into The Joe Rogan Experience over the last couple days. It gets a little too stoner for my taste at times, but overall I'm really digging it. I like how loose and free-flowing it is. The long running time helps.
