I started the Equalizer episode of your podcast this morning. Your friend Zack convinced me to give that movie a shot this weekend. It better be good.

Haha, well, I don't like it, so I can't vouch for it. But for a movie I don't like, there's a lot I appreciate about it.

Haven't seen it, and I really don't want to. Everything that Bekmambatov guy touches looks pretty unbearable.

It's been a long time since I've seen it, but I've never been a fan. Always struck me as a silly tangle of twists and reveals. But I would like to see it again.

Talkin' the Fincher joint?

Yeah, it's my least favorite Fincher.

I'm really of two minds on Fincher. He's been all over the place lately.

Define lately.

I haven't seen GwtDT, but other than that, I'd say two of his last three are two of his top 5.

The guy's super consistent in my book.

Zodiac is a masterpiece. Fincher's magnum opus.

Dragon Tattoo is the only one I actually like, and even that isn't great. TSN is crap and you know how much I hate GG.

Yeah, it's fucking brilliant. I'd say it's his fourth or fifth best. But it's a 5 star movie for sure. Fucking great. Check it out immediately.
