stew beef, pepper, one chopped onion, half pound of sliced mushrooms, one can of golden mushroom soup, one can of cream of onion soup. simmered on low for about 6 hours until meat was tender. Then, add 8 oz. of cream cheese and 8 oz. of sour cream. Served over extra wide egg noodles. :li:
i've never used cream cheese...need to try that

minus the onion, of course

To clarify, don't add the cream cheese (cubed) and sour cream until almost ready to serve. Melt the cream cheese in the rest of the stuff and then serve it.

So it was pretty good but the best part wasn't even part of the General Tso's part?

Spring Rolls are the best part of any meal of which they are a part.
