This thread has pretty much gotten me back into a workout routine. It is something I've been needing to do but I wasn't making a real effort at it. I've been hitting the bike pretty hard the past week and made regular use of my free weights and I've tried this planking stuff (yikes). I feel pretty good, and just wanted to say gracias amigos.

10 miles in 73 minutes

Already 85 with a blazing sun by the time I left the house. Took it easy on the way out, but picked it up on the way back. 38 out. 35 back with a nice finishing kick. Kinda regretted taking it so easy for the first half, but I was wary of a crash and burn. Good run. Planks and push-ups before and after.

Hoping to get in 9 tomorrow. But I won't hate myself too much if it's only 7.

How far could you run if a snake was chasing you?
