The Red Hood showed up on tonight's Gotham... This show is so great for fans of the Batman franchise... Many great plot lines are unfolding... Some are familiar, yet reimagined brilliantly... Also a few original characters and story lines. Great casting, cinematography, etc.

I love Batman and I think Gotham is pure garbage, seriously one of the worst shows on TV. I especially don't see how anyone could think it has great cinematography, the whole thing looks like a commercial to me.

There is a truly awful canuck crime drama called The Listener where the guy can literally read minds. It's completely insane. Not only can he read their thoughts, but he can see their memories. Basically he just has to wander around asking people if they did it and he knows instantly, so the writers have to bend over backwards trying to invent reasons why every episode doesn't end in five minutes. It doesn't help that the actor is awful.

I desperately wish Gotham was a better show. There's enough I can sigh and roll my eyes through to keep me watching for the rest of the season. But, yeah, it's just a giant missed opportunity.

Well fuck everything!

You guys, it's a fucking superhero prequel on network tv... and for what it is, they're at least not turning it into a Joel Schumaker flick, and I'm sorry, but you simply cannot get a better little boy Brucie, Alfred, Cat, E. Nigma, or especially Oswald. Those actors fit the parts perfectly, and tying in the Falcone v Meroni storyline has been quirky, but good. It's dark, blue and grey tones are very reminiscent of the Nolan series, and already there have been several callbacks to more obscure characters (The Electrocutioner, Scarecrow, Red Hood, etc). Fish Moony is an ironic new character and a great antagonist to get this series going consistently.

All I know is that the Squid, Frow, and I love watching it... speaking a child of the Batman.
