In which surface the north gets into The West Wing

Post by washing machine »

I'm starting with episode one, and I'll be working my way through the series consecutively. No deadline has been set to finish this series, but finishing is the ultimate goal here. Throughout my experience, I plan to post in this thread periodically.

Great show. Just starting season four myself. I have watched the entire series before. If I could give you any advice, it could take a few episodes for you to truly get into the show but it's worth it.

This is my first time. Judging by the opening scene, I'm not surprised that they didn't go with Belle & Sebastian for any of the soundtrack music.

it took around half a season (in my opinion) for them to get into a groove as a series, but it's a great show, almost all seasons are fantastic - the last one was a bit shaky but I still enjoyed it

I just watched the first episode. I was convinced all the way through that Josh was not going to get fired.

If you can get to the end of Season 1, you have a lot of good TV to enjoy. And if you can power through Season Five, there's some good stuff to enjoy in the last two years.

Tied with The Sopranos as my favourite show of all time :)

Season 5 is pretty poor compared to the first four, largely due to Sorkin leaving the show, but halfway through season 6 they change the format of the show and its pretty stellar from then on until the end.

Seasons 2, 3, 4, 7 are unbelievable television. I wish I was watching it all for the first time again. Enjoy every moment!

I loved West Wing, it wasn't as good the last few seasons but it was still better than most things on network tv.
