I haven't eaten an apple in ages. I used to eat them everyday for lunch, but I got tired of getting the skin caught between my teeth and switched to bananas.

I'm not a very good writer. Do you think I could get Stip to ghost write it?

Its good to see this apples thread still chugging along.

I've enjoyed some very good Pink Ladies and Honeycrisps this week.

Apples are fantastic is you are trying to lose weight and/or get healthy. They will you up and if you find one that tastes good to you it satisfies that sweet craving. Lots of health benefits too. They detoxify your liver, they are good for your heart, boost your immune system, etc. I have felt way better the last three months since I started eating more fruit and vegetables.

Soma. wrote:Take out once a week or fortnight or whatever is something I can still get behind. As long as those kids are active then its not going to do any harm. I like the idea of fruit being the one and only snack option, by the way. Hats off to you.

I should really pitch an extreme reality television show to a US network where I put irresponsible parents through the ringer in regards to the diets they subject their kids to. I'm sure it'd do brilliantly in the ratings.
soma, are you a parent?
