Yes. We're assuming that's true.

that people take the time to click on the results option for a poll (instead of first voting) and then decide whether or not they want to vote? I'm more inclined to believe a second account.

Or they've been reading the thread and now it's close based on the conversation.

I always look at the results first if it's a tough decision.

Yeah clicking the results link doesn't take a whole lot of effort.

Also maybe people just vote in the matches they have a strong opinion on.

I also often check the voting tallies beforehand, but that's just due to curiosity, not any serious attempt to sway the voting one way or another.

Yeah, I often check the voting tallies just out of interest.

I voted in every round this time but I think I didn't on some of the earlier match-ups, even where I might've checked on how the results were going.

I feel like I say this every tournament but I still find it incredibly hard to believe that second account voting happens during March Madness.

I would tend to agree with you. Last year was an anomaly. Something absolutely stank last year.

Assuming the current front runners win, the sweet sixteen are

1 from Ten
3 from Vs.
4 from Vitalogy (counting Long Road)
4 from Yield
4 from Pearl Jam

I'm sad to see No Code go, and I can't figure out how Pearl Jam dominated, but this isn't too bad.
