two excellent songs I've worn out over the years. But Black is better. Plus a good we belong together moment trumps a good daughter tag.

Daughter, though neither are my favorites. Both solid numbers, but I think Daughter is there winner here.

Tough one. Both are, and always will be, classics.

Black will always have a special place for me, though. Daughter has just kind of been there, it never really gives me special moments.

Daughter has aged better for me over the years but I like Black much more.

Vote to Black. The music still stands. Yeah, I know, the lyrics, but they are honest and come from a real place.

I listen to Daughter now just for the tags.

Black is still pretty wonderful. It's all storm and stress and high melodrama that pretty much mirrors the over the top emotional collapse at the end of an important relationship--and somehow manages to not feel silly in the process.

Black is the song that made me fall in love with PJ, but after listening to this band for over 10 years Daughter impresses me much more.
