My playoff results will definitely have the Jays going all the way, so I'll just focus on the regular season:

Red Sox
Indians
Angels
Blue Jays
Mariners

Nationals
Cardinals
Dodgers
Pirates
Cubs

I like that you picked the Jays for a Wild Card spot, but having them lose twice in the playoffs seems a little uncalled for.

This is the first time I've picked the Red Sox to win the AL in a long time.

So Verlander starts the year on the DL. Who could've seen that coming besides everybody? Only 5 more years to go at $28 million per year.

God is their rotation depth ever thin. It's hard to believe they recently had Porcello, Fister and Smyly. Just one of those guys could make a huge difference for them.

But Skitch tells me I shouldn't be counting on Porcello to be good for the Red Sox.

I expect him to be really good.

The only thing that's for certain with Porcello is that you'll know very quickly into a game whether he's got it or not. He doesn't miss a lot of bats. So if his sinker isn't working, look out.

FWIW, I don't see a significant drop off from last year's numbers.

For a team whose bullpen continues to suck, this could be a LONG year. And it's not as if they can just start over and rebuild/re-tool, because they're saddled with those huge contracts.

That Fister trade still is what really stings.

Well Kelly and Porcello were the two guys I had the highest hopes for, but Miley has looked the best in Florid.

Have the Nationals won a playoff series yet? I don't remember them ever doing anything of merit.

They keep winning their division. Their team is solid as hell. Pretty much everyone on their five man rotation could be a 1 or 2 starter on any other team. They have to win it eventually. I mean, even the Braves won once in the 90s.

God I'd love to see a Cubs/White Sox World Series!!!

Pretty excited DeLino DeSheilds Jr made the Rangers. Lots of speed, some pop, can play OF and 2nd. Should see lots of playing time and could be a huge steal in the Rule 5 draft. Only 22 and I remember his papa very well. Im old balls.

DDJR took a fastball to the face last year in AA. Fastballs and your face don't mix.
