I'm fine..its just higher than it should be and I've always had some high blood pressure as well...family traits I guess...I've been seeing a personal trainer now for a couple of weeks and things are going well...just need to change some things..except whisky though..that stays

Just steamed that really green, really thin kind of asparagus in olive oil and kosher salt. Amazing.

My 6-yr old dips his asparagus in ketchup. While I'm happy he's eating it, I'm becoming more and more convinced the UPS driver fathered him.
