I actually kinda hate when albums get leaked. Call me old school or a square but that is just how I roll. I like the anticipation and excitement waiting for that Tuesday when it finally drops.

Who was it who intentionally leaked the wrong album and the band sounded similar enough so everyone thought it was them? It was like 5 years ago. Death Cab maybe?

The new Torres album is a beauty. Everyone who's a fan on PJ Harvey, Sharon van Etten or Angel Olsen should listen to this.

The new Calexico album, "Edge of the Sun," has been a favorite these last couple weeks. They're beyond surprise at this point but I could listen to Joey Burns sing just about anything -- just a great, honest, unpretentious singing voice. Neko Case provides some fine harmonies on this album too.

My morning jacket the waterfall is pretty darn good.

Just listening tonight for the first time, and it's so great... already decided to see them live at the Bluebird on 5/16. I've been waiting for something new in 2015 to impress me, and I believe this will fill that void.
