The Browns pick doesn't make sense.

How come? Not being a smart ass...I don't follow much outside of Washington. The DE from LSU is pretty good right? Did they just not really need a DE?Green Habit wrote:The Browns pick doesn't make sense.

Hehe, the league didn't want Schefter tipping picks, but I guess tipping trades is OK. After the Cards' pick he was quick to announce that the Rams were going to trade up to the Bills' spot for a two. My guess is that the Rams want Tavon Austin.

This. They already had Jabaal Sheard, and signed Paul Kruger to a huge contract. Whoever it was that compared this pick to Seattle taking Bruce Irvin is right on the money.darth_vedder wrote:How come? Not being a smart ass...I don't follow much outside of Washington. If Austin goes at 8, I have no business being an NFL GM.

oh man, if they are able to get Cordarelle Patterson near the top of the second, I'd be happy.

based on this trend, i'm thinking the patriots will gain more picks and not add to their team tonight.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft
Yeah, I like this trade down for the Bills as well. And the Rams still have RGIII picks so giving up a two isn't that big of a deal.Mecca wrote:really excited about the Bills organization making the move I thought they should since January

Don't get the Dion Jordan love and I'm not really sold on Ansah either.

At least the Jets missed out on Mingo and Austin. Still...Self wrote:If Austin goes at 8, I have no business being an NFL GM.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft
This had been speculated by the insiders all day, so I don't deserve too much credit for that guess.darth_vedder wrote:Good call.Green Habit wrote:Hehe, the league didn't want Schefter tipping picks, but I guess tipping trades is OK.
