could the saints afford to take a QB-to-develop here?

I'm struggling in thinking what the Saints should do here. I'd try to trade down--and see if I can get a bidding war between the Vikes and Bears for Te'o.

Didn't expect Vaccaro. I like him a lot, but they already had Roman Harper and Malcolm Jenkins. I wonder if one of those two get traded this weekend.

He's good. I've seen him play by way of Clemson, and he's a playa. He'll be a step up (once he gets used to the NFL) from Fitzpatrick. He's a big guy and has a good arm too. WIth his size, he's also deceptively elusive.

He's getting into that range where I would be OK with the Broncos trading up to get him. Also, I'm getting tempted to putting in a word filter that would encourage profanity.

I'm skeptical of his pro prospects, as well.

Oh, and how about SF trading up for Eric Reid? I know they had a need at safety, but did they really need to trade up that far to get him? And even if they didn't, there should be plenty of good safety prospects at #31.
