Shefter says lots of teams will be trying hard to get to #2 today, But only mentioned Philly which makes me think they will be trying the hardest to get there, and if they get there before the draft then Tampa HAS to take advantage of them, the ONLY reason they will be at #2 will be for Mariota so Tampa needs to get something from them to get them to swap spots and get an extra pick and Jameis.

for that reason though i would be surprised if Philly is the team and it is announced before Tampa picks

I'd like the Bears fans that are seeing this live to know that they've got a big responsibility to keep the tradition of booing alive that New Yorkers have built upon for decades.
