Very good Strat. Batman doesn't like guns. It would be out of character for him to shoot Bane in the face. Now understanding that would it be in character for Superman to shoot Batman in the mouth with heat vision or drop a house on him or stick a telephone pole up his ass?

Now Stip. Take your time before you answer. Think out the problem first.

So the whole fight is an exercise in superman not wanting to harm batman, but not wanting to hurt his feelings, like when I let my 4 year old beat me in a race?

That is why this movie is ridiculous before it even starts.

Well if you guys can accept that Batman won't kill the Joker but it strains credibility that Superman won't kill Batman then I guess it is what it is. Goof balls.

He doesn't have to kill him. He can just as easily pick him up and leave him in Antartica for a few hours until he does whatever he wants.

Ok let's try this. Class....Thor has a hammer that was forged from a dying sun and whose real weight would bore through the entirety of the earth and come out the other side. What do you think would happen if he hit Iron Man with it? Now contrast that with what happens in the film. Are you willing to accept comic book physics in movies? If yes, can you accept Batman getting hit by a weakened Superman if he is wearing the equivalent of Iron Mans armor? Now class remember, while the man on the street might not know this, Thor is an equal to Superman in strength. If you are only willing to accept the Marvel example and not the DC are you just being an asshole?

That reminds me of the time Thor tried to straight up murder Captain America in the first Avengers movie.

I figure Ironman could take a few punches from Thor or Superman before going down (as it looked in Avengers). But this is more like Thor Vs. Hawkeye.

Now now Burt you didn't read the questions thoroughly enough. Stip has the same problem. You keep ignoring that Batman is wearing the equivalent of Iron Mans armor and that Superman is weakened.....and of course that we haven't seen the movie we don't even know if Batman wins. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to guess that he doesn't.

Ironman is such bullshit in these movies. He creates armies of killer robots, clean limitless energy, and anything else required, all without even trying. He may not be Hulk/Thor level, but he is up there.

I kind of wish he was less powerful in these movies actually. He's not REED RICHARDS smart, amirite? Fucking bullshit. Eh whatevs.
