Barristan is dead, Grey Worm is alive. At least that's what I think.

Time passes, people change. He carries this blanket of civic duty born from honor and what may be guilt left from having a bastard son while away at war. I can also see how that guilt isn't guilt at all, and is rather a conflict of keeping his word to his sister in laws dying wish or being truthful to his queen, but I still don't see how it is a no brainer like you guys are implying.
Sister. Not sister in law.

But, yeah, you're right. What you're saying is totally understandable.

I was worried that spike's initial post was going to cause a bit of a fuss. But, really, it's all there in the show. Even in season one. But especially in this last episode.

At this point, that theory is so well known that if you don't know about it, you're missing things in the show. Especially the last episode.

why don't you want to speculate on that? its worth speculating on.

if you want to avoid GoT speculation, if it's really going to ruin the show for you, i suggest avoiding the fucking GoT thread because it's always been 90% speculation.

And again, the most important aspect of this whole debate is that IT'S JUST ONE THEORY.

Even in the books, nothing is confirmed as far as this goes. It's all speculation.
