i don't see this selling out - still a ton of tickets left.
that has to be a disappointment, not to be able to sell out 4,000 seat theatre for charity.

when nearly 50% of the venue is $750 or more, it's little wonder. i mean, for 2 tickets, they're asking the equivalent of 2-3 months of a mortgage for some people.BDB wrote:i don't see this selling out - still a ton of tickets left.

Man, I'd love to live in a world where $1500 was 2 or 3 months rent.Chris_H_2 wrote:when nearly 50% of the venue is $750 or more, it's little wonder. i mean, for 2 tickets, they're asking the equivalent of 2-3 months of a mortgage for some people.BDB wrote:i don't see this selling out - still a ton of tickets left.

Considering The Who has been on the road since this was announced when is Ed going to have a chance to rehearse with them? It would seem like this would be a bigger undertaking than just getting together the afternoon of the show to practice a couple of songs.

They let me stay in the Haunted Mansion for a pretty reasonable rate as long as I promise to be out of sight during the day.

Disney took the ass house ride down after those kids fell into that stripper, back in the early 90's. It's not the same ride as the Haunted Mansion, no matter what the urban legends say.
I can't think of two formerly great acts I'd be less interested in seeing now than "The Who" and Eddie Vedder. And obviously Zayn Malik.
