Wow, even fucking lazier than Give Way, HoB 2003 or Missoula 2005. Unbefuckinglievable.

It's perfectly understandable. It's the path of least resistance.

There's a lot of great shows that haven't already been released.

They don't really seem understand the meaning of 'vault', do they?

Maybe it's like the Disney Vault, where shows are made available for a while, then "vaulted" for a few years before being re-packaged and re-released to the public at premium cost.

You heard it here first: Next year's vault release is just going to be one of the regular 2000 or 2003 bootlegs, pressed on CDR and packed in glorious Nugs cardboard and sold for $5 more than its original list price.

I'm pretty satisfied with the band re-releasing Vegas '93.

Yes, we've heard it before, but I appreciate the 'righting-of-poor-decisions-past' aspect of giving the show a proper release (it was only ever available as an MP3 download in the past and, even then, I don't think it's been officially available in years).

While big hopes were initially pinned on the prospect of 'vault' releases, particularly by me, I think it's by now clear that the band aren't sitting on a wealth of complete performances. This might be the only full show they have from 1993 for all we know.

I'll definitely be picking up the FLAC files.

Haha, I missed this.

What?!

I guess they're going make people wait for the digital release until then too, as they did with Bellingham 2000?

I was disappointed that the last vault was a CDR considering they offered pressed Silver 2013 and 2014 bootlegs (if purchased in the Boxset). I'm sure they get a lot more orders for the vault series than the boxsets.

I can definitely get behind that criticism, I'd certainly buy a silver-pressed CD of the Vault shows but I'm not going to pay costs/shipping for a CD-R.

They gave this to us 10 years ago, why make this vault number 5?
