:D

I hope it's awesome. I don't root for movies to be bad. For his sake, I hope it exceeds his expectations.

I fully expect this one to be leagues better than the first three, but the first two are pretty good. Miller shoots vehicles and chases unlike anyone else I've ever seen. There's an incredibly tactile sense of speed.

Beyond Thunderdome is shit, though.

i think it gets more hate than it deserves. A messy movie, but the Bartertown stuff is cool.

Nothing says "pee break" to me like a car chase usually, but the climax of Road Warrior is one of the best action sequences ever. And the world building speaks for itself. You know it even if you've never seen it because its been copied so many times.

I didn't see the first one until years later. Its good but different and low budget. Its missing the flavor.

it's got a 100% on RT. It'll be interesting to see what kind of damage it does to AoU's box office.

It's actually not tracking great for box office and may be hurt by the R rating. Pitch perfect 2 is set to thump it on opening weekend, although reviews have been so phenomenal there is hope that word of mouth and social media will actually make Max build over the weekend.
