They play Red Rocks in the week before I get married...plus the Cardinals play a four game set out here that week as well.

If the new material hasn't "clicked" before it's time to go to the show, I'm pretty sure it'll click at the show. These guys rock live.

Reactions to the news that the National were to play their song "Sorrow", from 2010's High Violet, for six hours straight as part of MoMA PS1's Sunday Sessions were pretty evenly split between frenzied embrace and repulsion. For the former camp, video has now surfaced from the performance, where they ended up playing the song 105 times in front of a swirling dry ice display

Yeah, my God, imagine if you had to work outdoors near there that day? I'm guessing if you heard the same song time after time on your 8 hour shift you'd want to murder someone.

I'm sure there were weirdos that went and stayed for every one of the 105 times they played it.

They should have picked something horrible from their first album to play.

they only allowed you to be in the dome for 20 minutes at a time. some people with VIP passes got to stay longer apparently though.

Various songs from the album are "out there" in qualities from 128-256.

It'll definitely take some time to sink in, but most of them are pretty good.

Here's a new video for Sea Of Love:
